PROCESSING TIME:
Most orders ship with-in 72 hours but it can take as much as 1 - 2 weeks depending on size of order and inventory in stock. If you need a rush order we can process your order within 48 hours. Turn-around time is 3 - 6 weeks if custom work is involved. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order - please retain for your records. GUARANTEE:
We guarantee all workmanship for a lifetime. This guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, direct punctures or, worn out zippers, or anything of that nature.
Please return the item to us and we will either repair or exchange the item depending on the nature of the damage. We will ship the repaired item back to you. Return shipping fees will be charged to the credit card account on file.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be post marked within 30 days (beginning on the day we shipped the order to you). Please use a method of shipping that requires a signature upon delivery.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a copy of the original receipt enclosed. Please enclose a note with any additional information ? including name, daytime phone, address, etc . . . Return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged to the same credit card as the original purchase.
Please allow two weeks (beginning on the day we sign for your return) for processing your credit.
Processing time for exchanges varies depending on current inventory. If the item you prefer is in stock, we usually can ship to you within 48 hours. If the item is backordered we will contact you with a delivery date.
